Wide spray nozzle

Wide spray nozzles are so called because they have a straight conduit that makes the liquid outpout strongly hit a counter-posed and specifically inclined surface in relation to the hole (deflector). The liquid that comes out of a circular head, beats on and slides on the mirror surface forming a wide and flat fan shape.
The working pressures are relatively low, the droplets of medium-large dimensions and the distribution angle varies from 90° to 140° according to the distance of the mirror surface level from the outflowing hole, and according to its inclination on the axis of the hole itself and the working pressure used.
Very low pressure pulverization causes the formation of medium-large droplets (400-1000 µm) with very small amounts of fine droplets.
