The air induction nozzles generate large droplets by introducing air into the water flow inside the mixing chamber of the nozzle (Venturi effect).
By adapting the nozzle geometry, a pressure variation is created which permits, through the two holes on the side, the suction of the external air which is mixed with the fluid inside the nozzle thereby generating large and heavy droplets full of air bubbles that precipitate rapidly and explode on contact with plants or on the ground creating a large quantity of fine droplets.
The larger droplets provide better penetration which those that explode assure excellent coverage, on the rear part of the leaves as well.
This nozzles permit a drift reduction of up to 70%. |
